System Overview
The Aegis Disaster Response System is designed as a towable mobile utility platform integrating high-output hybrid electrical power, reverse-osmosis water purification, and distributed field-power connections. The planned production architecture incorporates three parallel 24 kW-class hybrid inverters, with a target of up to 48 kW of combined AC output and 72 kW of DC input capacity, subject to final inverter specifications and system integration. A commercial reverse-osmosis subsystem is planned to support on-site potable-water production, while dedicated electrical interfaces provide power to compatible external distribution equipment and field loads.
Key Highlights
High-Output Hybrid Power
Planned three-inverter architecture targeting up to 48 kW AC output, with up to 72 kW DC input capacity.
On-Site Water Purification
Planned commercial reverse-osmosis system targeting approximately 1,000 gallons per day, with final capacity dependent on feed-water conditions and treatment configuration.
Facility & Field Power Connections
Industrial three-phase power interface and auxiliary receptacle panels designed to distribute electricity to compatible equipment, tools, and emergency-response loads.

Engineering Notes
Specifications represent preliminary production targets and may change during engineering validation. Actual electrical performance will depend on inverter ratings, parallel-operation limits, battery capacity, source availability, and load distribution. Reverse-osmosis output will depend on feed-water quality, temperature, pressure, pretreatment, and operating conditions. Potable-water deployment requires appropriate treatment validation and water-quality testing. Final electrical interfaces, protective devices, and facility connections must be engineered for their intended loads and installed in accordance with applicable codes and requirements.
InquiriesThe Aegis Disaster Response System is planned as a built-to-order mobile utility platform with an estimated starting price of approximately $180,000 per unit, based on a preliminary production bill of materials. Final pricing may vary by configuration, electrical capacity, water-treatment requirements, equipment integration, delivery logistics, and customer-specific deployment needs.

Due to the custom nature of each build, production may require a deposit or milestone-based payment structure prior to final assembly. Contact American Vanguard Technologies to discuss configuration options, procurement terms, fleet deployment, emergency-response applications, or strategic partnership opportunities.
